The New England Printing Co. was originally founded in 1973 to print documentation and technical manuals for software companies.  The company grew substantially over the following decades and grew a loyal, diversified customer base.  When an economic downturn threatened the company’s continued success, Axiom was brought in to assist in a restructuring of the company’s management structure and operations.

Although it was a difficult process, the company quickly grew stronger, both financially and competitively.  Soon thereafter the original owner decided to retire and the company was acquired by its current ownership, a small group of talented and hardworking printing industry veterans.  Axiom assisted in both the sale process as well as the acquisition financing with Danvers Bank (now People’s United Bank). 

Since the original acquisition, Axiom has assisted the company with all of its financing needs, as well as structuring multiple industry “roll-in” acquisitions.  Today, New England Printing is one of the most successful printing and direct marketing companies in the country.
