Founded in 1973 in Hyannis, MA, the company grew from a single family-run restaurant to a family-owned and operated collection of restaurants, resorts and spas with over $50 million in real estate assets.  The company is widely considered one of the premier hospitality operators in the Northeast.

Axiom is proud to have advised the company for over 10 years, throughout debt refinancing and strategic acquisitions.  Perhaps the most important assignment for Axiom was the transfer of ownership from the first generation to the second generation, which required the delicate balancing of several individual’s interests. 

 In the end, Axiom was able to successful structure and finance the ownership transfer to the benefit of all parties.  Today, the second generation continues its success in its industry and often calls upon Axiom to assist in evaluating its strategic options and opportunities.
