Bluestone Properties currently owns and operates approx. 6,500 apartments throughout the United States.  These residences encompass 18 communities across 7 states.  Bluestone’s unique approach to multi-family investing targets assets in secondary and tertiary markets where capitalization rates are high enough to provide solid cash on cash returns.

As is the case with most long-term real estate investment strategies, cost of capital is crucial, and even 50 basis points can differentiate a good deal from a great deal.  With this in mind, Axiom was engaged to refinance Bluestone’s existing debt at the lowest long-term fixed rate possible, and also raise the maximum amount of debt capital available for acquisitions under agreement.
