The Boston Young Men’s Christian Union is a non-profit youth association headquartered at 48 Boylston Street in Boston, MA.  The organization was founded in 1852 and its headquarters built in 1876.  In 1980, the headquarters was added to the National Historic Register.

Today, the headquarters operates as an athletic center named Boston Union Gym.  When the organization wished to update its facilities and expand operations, the entity’s non-profit status created additional levels of complication for banks looking to lend.  Axiom was engaged to assist in this process and successfully raised the $10 million of debt capital required, with funds from Century Bank of Medford, MA.
