Northeast Fuel, Inc. was established in order to distribute fuel throughout Massachusetts.  Over the following three decades, the owner diligently and steadily grew the business’ customer base and breadth of operations.  Today, the Northeast Fuel Group is widely considered one of the industry’s leaders in both wholesale fuel distribution and retail operations (19 locations at present) throughout the Northeast United States.

Along the company’s path to success were strategic acquisitions that complemented its existing operations.  Axiom has and continues to advise the company in these acquisitions, through offering both M&A expertise as well as raising debt capital.  One such acquisition was the successful bid for a dozen gas distribution stations in Maine, bought out of bankruptcy.
