Infinity Tapes was originally founded as the Shep Company many years ago.  When the original owner decided to retire and the company’s Director of Operations, Craig Allard, looked to acquire the company, he turned to Axiom.  Mr. Allard was a 25-year industry veteran, having worked his way up from research chemist to senior management.  He believed in the company’s future and knew as owner he could be successful, but needed assistance structuring the deal and raising the necessary capital.

Axiom structured a deal that maximized the bank debt and seller financing, limiting the amount of buyer equity required.  The acquisition behind him, Mr. Allard was then able to focus on the business, and successfully grew revenues.   Renaming it Infinity Tapes was part of a re-focus on its core competency, which is the manufacture and distribution of adhesive tapes.  Axiom continues to advise the company even today.
