Newpro, LLC, a leading home improvement and replacement window company, was originally founded in Medford, MA over 65 years ago by Anthony Cogliani and his wife, Mary.  When second generation owner Nicholas Cogliani looked to recapitalize the company with a private equity investment, he turned to the professionals at Axiom.

Axiom arranged and negotiated an investment from Gemini Investors of Wellesley, MA, and with it, Mr. Cogliani was able to “take some chips off the table” and further grow the business.  Mr. Cogliani remained the President of the company and retained the flexibility and agility that comes with operating a small to medium sized business, yet with the resources of a well funded investment group behind it.
