Axiom represented a market leader in the recycling waste industry in their acquisition “roll-up” strategy of recycling waste transfer stations in the New York City area.  After securing financing for several small acquisitions, Axiom helped our client in the acquisition of a direct competitor for a value of $30 million.

Following the acquisition strategy of our client, Axiom helped arrange a $10 million financing for expanded facility including new infrastructure and equipment.
