As a leader in dedicated server appliance manufacturing services for independent software developers and vendors, Source Code has turned to Axiom on several occasions to help facilitate their growing business needs.  Throughout the past decade, Axiom has advised Source Code management on key strategic business acquisitions and the associated structuring of necessary financing, which has helped grow their business to over $60 million in revenues. 

After a successful growth strategy, Source Code ownership turned to Axiom to implement an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2007 in order to successfully transfer 40% of the company equity to its employees.  Followed in 2012, Axiom conducted a second ESOP plan to transfer the remaining 60% of the company. 

Axiom management maintains a position on the board of Source Code and consults on a continuing basis for the company and its shareholders.
